## Questions

### How many characters can I add to a Christmas Eve box?

It depends on the item. Some lines take up to 12 characters, others 15, 20 or 25. Boxes and plates with two lines often give a short name line and a longer message line.

### What should I write on a Christmas Eve box?

A child's first name is the classic choice. Some products add a second line for a short message, and the mince pie plates carry your words at the bottom of the plate. We print exactly what you type, so check the spelling.

### What are the Christmas Eve boxes and plates made from?

The boxes are natural wood with a metal clasp and hinges, and small differences in grain, knots and colour are natural. The Personalised Santa Mince Pie Plastic Plate is plastic and shatter resistant.
