## About this item

Your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure: that poem comes on this personalised memorial slate heart, which adds their name in up to 15 characters.

Measuring 10.2 x 10.2 x 0.1 cm, this hanging slate is cut by hand, so every piece is unique. Texture, cut and smoothness vary, and natural faults such as flaking or uneven corners can appear. Fool's gold speckles add a rustic feel and may fall within the area of your personalisation. Add a name above the poem, which reads 'You are loved beyond words, and missed beyond measure' after the first line.

Quiet moments of remembrance call for words already chosen. Type their name, and let this memorial slate heart carry the poem.
