## About this item

Housewarming gifts get personal with this personalised new home slate, a hand cut slate placemat with five lines for your own words. New home owners are who it is made for.

Every slate is unique, because each piece is cut by hand. At 29.7 x 21.2 x 0.5 cm, it is a slate placemat with five lines to fill. The first and third lines take up to 15 characters, and the second, fourth and fifth take up to 20. Please avoid block capitals, as they can be hard to read. Natural slate differs in texture, cut and smoothness, and may show flaking or uneven corners. Speckles of fool's gold add a rustic feel, though they may sit within your personalisation.

Moving in is a big day, and a slate with their words on it marks it. Write your five lines and give new owners a slate to welcome them home.
