Your Personalised Gifts is a UK personalised gift shop founded by Bez in London: gifts made to order with your words by UK makers, tracked UK delivery and a free e-card.

Why we started
A gift with their name on it says you thought about them. It's the mug they reach for every morning, the bauble that comes out every Christmas, the keepsake they keep for years.
Your Personalised Gifts brings those gifts into one place: personalised for every person, occasion and budget, made to order in the UK and sent by tracked post.
Who runs the shop
Your Personalised Gifts was founded and is run by Bez, who picks every gift in our range.
The shop belongs to Clockwise Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15143248) and based in London.
How your personalised gift is made
- You type your words on the product page: a name, a date, a short message. Each box shows its character limit as you type.
- A UK maker personalises it to order, printing or engraving exactly what you typed.
- It's on its way by Royal Mail Tracked 24, usually within 1 to 5 working days. A few gifts take a little longer, and their page tells you so.
If a personalised gift arrives damaged, faulty or not as you typed it, we remake it or refund it in full.
What we sell
Personalised mugs, glasses and tankards, jewellery, Christmas baubles and stockings, cushions, prints and signs, chopping boards, keepsake boxes, blankets, baby and kids' gifts, photo gifts and more. Shop by occasion (birthdays, Christmas, weddings, anniversaries, new baby), by person (her, him, mum, dad, kids, grandparents, teachers) or by budget.
How delivery works
Every product page shows when to expect your gift, worked out from the maker's real making time and the carrier's delivery times.
- Tracked parcels from £3.95, and free delivery over £60 on most gifts: we pay the first £6 (every delivery price).
- Personalised gifts travel as their own parcel, for £7.95.
- We email you the tracking link when your gift is on its way.
Sending it straight to someone else? Add their name and address at checkout, and add a free e-card. We email your message to them at 8am on the first day the gift could arrive.
Our promise
- Your words, made right. Misprinted, damaged or faulty? We remake it or refund it (how returns work).
- Clear delivery dates. Every gift shows when to expect it.
- Real offers. A 10% welcome code when you sign up for gift reminders, and free UK mainland delivery on orders of £60 or more.
- A real person answers. We reply within one working day.
- Safe payment. Pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link through Stripe. We never see your card number.
