Delivery
Every gift shows the day it will arrive. Delivery is the sum of your parcels, from £3.95 each, and free over £60 on most gifts: we pay the first £6.

What delivery costs
Your gifts travel in parcels, each sent from where those gifts are made or kept: personalised gifts come from the UK maker who prints or engraves your words, and ready-made gifts from the warehouse that stocks them. Each parcel costs what the carrier charges us for it, and your delivery is the sum of your parcels. Checkout shows every parcel before you pay.

Free delivery over £60 on most gifts
When your gifts come to £60 or more, before any discount code, a basket that travels as one ordinary parcel arrives free. Over £60 we pay the first £6 of delivery. Extra parcels and remote areas add a small delivery top-up.

Next day delivery on gifts marked "Next day available"
Personalised gifts marked Next day available can arrive the next day: choose next day delivery at checkout (£8.95 for that parcel) and order by noon, Monday to Friday. The maker personalises it and sends it the same day by Royal Mail Tracked 24. Order on a Friday and it can arrive on Saturday. After the cut-off, checkout shows the day it will arrive instead.
When it arrives
Every product page shows the arrival day before you buy, worked out from the moment you're ordering. Each gift is one of these kinds, and its page says which:

Orders placed after the cut-off, at the weekend or on a bank holiday count from the next working day. Each parcel travels on its own, so a basket with more than one can arrive on different days; checkout shows the day the last one arrives.
Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland & Isle of Man
Carriers take a working day longer to reach these postcodes, and checkout reminds you when yours is one of them. A parcel here costs what the carrier charges for these areas (the right-hand column above), and over £60 we still pay the first £6.
The postcodes are BT (Northern Ireland), AB36 to AB38, AB41 to AB56, FK17 to FK21, HS (Outer Hebrides), IM (Isle of Man), IV, KA27 to KA28, KW (Orkney and Caithness), PA20 to PA88, PH17 to PH44, PH49 to PH50, PO30 to PO41 (Isle of Wight), TR21 to TR25 (Isles of Scilly), ZE (Shetland).
Christmas last order dates
Most personalised gifts take 1 to 5 working days to make (a few take 7 to 10; each product page shows its own time), then 1 to 2 working days by Royal Mail Tracked 24, so order early for Christmas. We publish our Christmas last order dates here as soon as our makers confirm theirs.
Tracking
When your gift leaves the maker or the warehouse we email you the tracking link. If you ordered while signed in, the order is in your account too.
If something arrives damaged
Please tell us within 3 days of delivery, with a photo and your order number, so we can sort it out with the maker or supplier quickly. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. The same goes for a personalised gift that isn't printed as you typed it.
This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days.
Sending to someone else
Add their name and address at checkout, and add a free e-card: we email your message to them at 8am on the first day the gift could arrive.
Where we deliver
We deliver to home and work addresses in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. Every gift can go to the Isle of Man except those marked same-day dispatch. We don't deliver to Jersey or Guernsey.
