What characters can be printed?
Letters, numbers and simple punctuation. We can't print accents, emoji or most symbols, and each box shows its character limit as you type.
What if my gift arrives with a mistake?
If a personalised gift arrives damaged, faulty or not as you typed it, we remake it or refund it in full.
