- Type your words on the gift's page: a name, a date or a short message. Each box shows its character limit as you type, and a tag above the boxes shows your exact words before you add the gift to your basket.
- A UK maker personalises it to order, printing or engraving exactly what you typed. Please check spelling, capitals and dates: we print the words as they are.
- It's sent by tracked delivery, to you or straight to them.
We can't print accents, emoji or most symbols, so the boxes accept letters, numbers and simple punctuation. If a personalised gift arrives damaged, faulty or not as you typed it, we remake it or refund it in full (returns).
When should I order for Christmas?
Most personalised gifts take 1 to 5 working days to make (a few take 7 to 10; each product page shows its own time), then 1 to 2 working days by Royal Mail Tracked 24, so order early for Christmas. Every product page shows when to expect your gift before you pay.
Personalised gifts travel as their own tracked parcel, for £7.95, and over £60 of gifts we pay the first £6 of delivery. To send a gift straight to them, give their address at checkout and add a free e-card with your message. Our delivery page has every making time and price in one place.
