About this piece
Forget Me Not is the design on this personalised memorial slate heart, which carries five lines of your own words for a loved one.
Speckles of fool's gold run through each piece, adding a rustic feel, though they may sit within your personalisation. The slate heart measures 11 x 11 x 0.6 cm. Lines 1 to 4 take up to 25 characters and line 5 up to 20, all appearing as entered. Each piece is cut by hand, so texture, cut and smoothness vary, with natural faults like flaking or uneven corners.
Small tributes say a lot. Write your five lines and make this Forget Me Not slate heart yours.
A good gift for: a loved one's memory, bereaved families, sympathy gifts, memorials.
