Good to know
Quick answers before you buy.
What is the difference between the three moon and back mug styles?
'& Back' has the name within the design. 'and Back...' adds a four-line reverse message. 'and Back' adds a front message of up to 20 characters and a four-line reverse message.
How long can the name be?
Up to 12 characters in every style, shown on the front of the mug.
Can I use all capitals in the 'and Back...' message?
Please don't. Because of the font, an all-capitals message is hard to read and may be missed off the mug.
When will the personalised to the moon and back mug arrive?
It leaves within 1 to 5 working days and goes by Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1 to 2 working days). The exact window is shown above for the moment you're ordering.
